Halotron BrX is Amerex's stabilized 2-BTP clean agent, and the 337TS is the most compact extinguisher that carries it: 1.92 lb of agent in a lightweight aluminum cylinder standing 11.25 inches tall, rated 2B:C by UL and ULC. It discharges in about nine seconds with an initial reach of 7 to 8 feet, leaving no residue, no thermal or static shock and no electrical conductivity back to the operator. The environmental case is the reason it exists: 0.26 GWP over 100 years, 0.0028 ODP and a short atmospheric lifetime. An aircraft two-strap bracket ships with the unit, which Amerex reports was tested by NTS to the shock and vibration sections of RTCA DO-160G. This SKU is the AMX aftermarket-sales-only variant.
