Amerex 347 3.75 lb Halotron BrX Fire Extinguisher - Empty Cylinder
Item 23675 is the factory-empty version of the Amerex 347 Halotron BrX extinguisher: the same 3.25 inch lightweight aluminum cylinder, anodized aluminum valve and all-metal nozzle as the charged unit, supplied without agent at 2 lb. It suits service benches, display stands, training programs and any application calling for an uncharged 347 body. In charged form the 347 holds 3.75 lb of Halotron BrX, a 2-BTP clean agent that leaves no residue and carries a 0.26 100-year GWP with 0.0028 ODP, and the model is FAA approved in accordance with DOT/FAA/AR-01/37. Stored-pressure design, all-metal valve construction including the siphon tube, high gloss polyester powder paint and a large stainless steel ring pull pin with nylon wire chain all carry over from production.
