Demonstrating the hose-equipped 349TS is easier with a unit you can hand around. Item 28405 is the empty display version of Amerex's FAA-approved 3.75 lb Halotron BrX extinguisher, supplied uncharged at 2 lb with no agent inside, so it is not a functional fire extinguisher. It reproduces the production hardware customers will actually mount: aluminum cylinder, anodized aluminum valve, the flexible hose unique to Amerex, an all-metal discharge nozzle, all-metal valve construction including the siphon tube, high gloss polyester powder paint and the Model 898TS two-strap aircraft bracket. Charged 349TS units are UL and ULC rated 5B:C and hold 3.75 lb of Halotron BrX.
