Amerex 660-2 Wet Chemical Recharge, 2 1/2 Gallon (B262 / C262)

A Class K extinguisher has to be recharged immediately after any use, and Amerex Charge 660-2 is the liquid the factory specifies for its 2 1/2 gallon kitchen units. The Amerex parts book lists 660-2 as two 2 1/2 gallon bottles covering Models B262, C262 and C262CG. The agent is a specially blended potassium acetate base formula that cools the fire and leaves no dry chemical residue to scrub out afterward. Amerex is explicit that substitute agent voids both the warranty and the UL listing.
