Red galvanized counterpart to the black 812, this heavy-duty box-type vehicle bracket cradles 6 in. diameter Amerex hand portables in rolling stock and marine service. Steel construction with a primed, powder-coated finish clears the current UL salt spray requirement of 240 hours at 20 percent salt solution per ASTM B117. Amerex lists the 812 as both the USCG bracket and the optional vehicle bracket for Halotron I models 397 and 398.
