Two straps instead of one. The black 817SB doubles the retention points on 2-1/2 lb and 3 lb aluminum-valve Amerex extinguishers, which is exactly what washboard roads and open decks demand. Steel throughout, primed and powder coated, and rated to the UL salt spray standard of 240 hours at 20 percent solution per ASTM B117. The hole pattern matches the single-strap 817, so it drops into existing mounting locations.
