Amerex A344T 1.25 lb Halon 1211 Fire Extinguisher with Vehicle Bracket

Ten inches tall and about three pounds shipped, the A344T is the Halon 1211 bottle that fits a cockpit sidewall, a race car cage or a tool cabinet. Its 1-1/4 lb charge earns a 2B:C rating and empties in roughly ten seconds at 9 to 12 feet, discharging as a clean vapor that leaves no residue on electronics, tape and film, or engine components. A vehicle bracket comes with the T model. One caveat worth stating plainly: unlike the rest of the Amerex Halon 1211 line, the A344T is not USCG approved. Amerex has also discontinued manufacture of new Halon 1211 extinguishers.
