Amerex C262CG 2.5 Gallon Wet Chemical Fire Extinguisher, Coast Guard Approved

Vessel galleys and solid fuel charbroilers pack the toughest cooking fires into the smallest spaces. The C262CG is the Coast Guard Approved build of Amerex's 2.5 gallon Class K extinguisher, discharging a specially blended potassium acetate base agent as a fine mist that helps prevent grease splash and re-flash while cooling the appliance. A 107-second discharge and 10 to 12 ft initial range give the operator time and distance to work, and there is no dry chemical residue left to clean up. The crevice-free butt-welded stainless steel cylinder wears a high-gloss polyester powder paint coating on CG models.
