Amerex Purple K Recharge - 400 lb Drum (Charge 517)

Charge 517 is the bulk end of the Amerex Purple K range: a 400-pound drum, above the 25 lb and 50 lb pails. The agent is a specially fluidized and siliconized potassium bicarbonate dry chemical, electrically nonconductive and particularly effective on Class B flammable liquids and pressurized gases and Class C electrical fires. It has long been the preferred fire-fighting agent of the oil, gas, chemical and utilities industries. Recharge Amerex extinguishers with Amerex agent and original factory parts to keep the UL listing and warranty in effect.
