What is the Amerex 07607?
Amerex 07607 is the 36 in. x 6 in. wheel assembly with rubber tread listed as item 22 in Amerex Parts Book 27277 Rev D, printed page 19, for the 300/350 lb nitrogen-cylinder wheeled extinguishers, models 491 and 493. It is the alternative to the red wheel assembly, PN 07026, at the same item number, and the wheeled catalog notes that the 'R' versions of these models are the ones fitted with non-sparking rubber treads. Owner's Service Manual PN 05614 has the technician inspect the wheels at each annual maintenance to confirm they rotate freely, lubricating as required. Amerex requires its own replacement parts to protect the UL listing and warranty.
