Amerex 11970 is the Bolt, Washer and Wing Nut listed as item 20 on printed page 18 (PDF page 20) of Amerex Parts Book 27277 Rev D, directly after the 04072 nitrogen cylinder retaining strap, for 125/150 lb dry chemical wheeled models 450 (125 lb ABC) and 452 (125 lb Purple K). Manual 05605's recharge procedure has the technician detach the hose from the nitrogen cylinder, install the shipping cap, unscrew the wing nuts and remove the nitrogen cylinder from the extinguisher, so this hardware comes undone every time the cylinder is changed. The 300/350 lb wheeled models use a different set, 16483. Amerex states that its replacement parts must be used to protect the UL listing and keep the warranty in effect, and that substitute parts void both the Amerex extinguisher warranty and the UL listing.
