Amerex 23808 is the complete replacement discharge valve assembly for Amerex's 150 lb stored-pressure wheeled Halotron I extinguishers, models B674 and B675. Per the Parts Book, replacement valve assemblies include the valve body, gauge, gauge guard, cam, lever, valve stem assembly, spring and downtube/retainer assembly. The gauge listed on this parts page is a 150 PSI gauge. The valve is taken off and refitted only after the extinguisher has been completely depressurized and its Halotron I recovered. It is item 1 on Parts Book page 25 (PDF page 27). Amerex makes genuine factory parts available to protect the UL listing and keep the warranty in effect; substitute parts void both.
