Amerex 05197 is the complete brass operating Valve Assembly with Downtube for the 488 and 490 125 lb wheeled stored-pressure dry chemical extinguishers (Parts Book p.16, item 1), and is listed again for the 125 lb Z-Series 690 and 759 (p.20, item 1). The Parts Book notes that a replacement valve assembly already includes the valve body, gauge, gauge guard, cam, pressure valve and cap, lever, valve stem assembly, spring, and downtube/retainer assembly, so it is a complete rebuild-in-a-box for the discharge valve.
